[Spce-user] New sip:provider CE mr3.8.10 is now available

Dear community!

This is to inform you about availability of new
SPCE mr3.8.10 LTS build: https://goo.gl/8ZoM3E

mr3.8.10 is the next build for LTS release mr3.8.
Release mr3.8 will be supported till May 31, 2018.

The following builds mr3.8.11+ for release mr3.8 will be
released every 16 weeks (instead of default 8 weeks interval).

The InstallCD media, Vagrant box, Virtualbox, VMware and AMI images as
well as Docker hub container have been uploaded. As usual, please check
the handbook at https://www.sipwise.org/doc/mr3.8.10/spce/ for details.

We recommends upgrade mr3.8.* to the latest LTS release mr4.5 build 4.
