Hi,

As for me http://lists.sipwise.com/pipermail/spce-user/ works perfectly.
Can you please describe your issue in more details?
What is the error you have here?

As for "502 Bad Gateway error" please check ngcp-panel is up and
running: /etc/init.d/ngcp-panel status

"ngcp-network" command must be installed during the installation,
it is a part of package 'ngcp-ngcpcfg', from my side:
> root at spce:~# which ngcp-network
> /usr/sbin/ngcp-network

> root at spce:~# dpkg -S /usr/sbin/ngcp-network
> ngcp-ngcpcfg: /usr/sbin/ngcp-network

> root at spce:~# dpkg -l ngcp-ngcpcfg | grep '^ii'
> ii ngcp-ngcpcfg 5.2.1.1+0~mr5.2.1.1 all central and templated based Configuration Management System for NGCP platforms

Feel free to ask more questions if you have any issues there!
