[Spce-user] 500 Internal server error mr5.5.1

Hi Alex,

Apt-get procedure did not help. The problem with '500 internal server error...' is still here. 

I'm not sure how detailed do you want me to get in here so let me start with basics.

1. Installed mr5.5.1 as per point 3.2 in The sip:provider CE Handbook mr5.5.1 on esxi 6.0 with above than what is specified in recommended hardware requirements.

2. Next, I entered info as per point 4 and 5 with NANP.

3.  Tested my work with Call Routing Verification. Call routing verification instead of showing me the result of my work, it showed me 500 internal server error.

Hi Alex,

I tried all upgrade steps on a VM but with the same results. Just filling the form always results in the internal error, no special data required.

I think "use NGCP::Panel::Utils::Form;" is missing in Verify.pm (this fixed it for me, inserted on line 10)
