Can you please share with us what's inside this file?

Looks like a wrong check made it into the upgrade scripts,
we'll take a look a it.
If you feel adventurous enough you can just comment out the relevant
lines regarding the Debian version check in
/usr/share/ngcp-upgrade/steps/mr4.2/check_debian_version
