[Spce-user] Populate gpp

Hi all

Is there a way to populate a gpp field with the content of a header in the
initial INVITE? I could create a customtt but not sure if that scenario is
already supported.

Example: I have a PBX as subscriber. I want to send the caller extension
number to the spce and store that information in the cdr for billing purposes.
I'd add a custom header (X-PekePBX-CallerExtension: 201) with that information
and store it in the gpp0 of that subscriber.
