[Spce-user] Inconsistent media anchoring after upgrade from 3.8.4 to 4.5.3

Hi,
after the upgrade to mr4.5.3, you have to make sure to set your 
"rtp_interface" = "ext" in your Domain/peer preferences, in order to be 
sure to use the correct medial relay IP.

By default 3.8.4 was using "default", and now defaut has "rtp_int" in lo 
interface , as you can see.
So either move the cluster set to eth0, or make sure to set "ext" in 
your rtp_interface Domain/peer's preferences.
