Hello Alex,

panel.log had some more details.

Jan 31 17:30:22 dev1 ngcp-panel: ERROR: failed to activate domain: problem connecting to "1.2.3.4", port 5582: connect timed-out at /usr/share/perl5/NGCP/Panel/Utils/Prosody.pm line 13#012#012. Domain created
Jan 31 17:30:22 dev1 ngcp-panel: ERROR: error 500 - Failed to activate domain. Domain was created

So I checked netstat:

netstat -nlpe |grep 5582
tcp 0 0 1.2.3.4:5582 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 116 324161 23457/lua5.1
I then checked ifconfig and dummy0 was missing. Seems like the dummy module isn't loaded automatically Fixed that and everything looks fine now.

Thanks for the help.

Chuck

Dear Chuck,

One more, kamailio-proxy also should be up and running,
while is obliviously anyway. Did you check it?

Are you trying to create domains under reseller?
Maybe there is some bug or even restriction.

I do not see the restriction to 'administrator' only
in API documentation, while can you try with
'administrator' privileges?

BTW, there must be more details in logs,
please check api.log ngcp-panel.log, tnx.
