Hi Abel,

this is a issue with different domain vs R-URI when call comes from
PSTN, see below:

The difference is that the failed call is coming from PSTN and has an IP
address in request line.
In that case you should add 74.85.156.17 as an empty domain for the
proxy to be able to find the subscriber.

In working call you have @ sip.fusetelecom.com
<http://sip.fusetelecom.com> domain.
