Yah but i am sorry to say that, but this you missunderstood. L
On DOMAIN layer your just set your default values for a subscriber. So if you leave the subscriber max con call setting blank, it will use the domain setting. (I proof this and also use this setting for my default subscriber settings. I insert there 4 channels but have many hundreds of subscriber on a domain.)

This is my understanding also, although we don't use this method with our resellers. Domain setting is for the total cumulative calls by all subscribers within that domain, while subscriber settings apply only to that subscriber.
A quick look at the source would confirm (not at a PC right now).
