Hi,

It should be enough to start AMI in theory.

Please run the following command as _root_
> /etc/init.d/ngcp-panel start
try
> sudo /etc/init.d/ngcp-panel start

otherwise you have error:
> chown: changing ownership of ‘/var/run/fastcgi’: Operation not permitted

You missed nothing and instruction looks OK to me.

this is about SIP calls, and WEB should work out of the box.

you must execute all commands as root. then ngcp-network will be in PATH
and bound and executed. As I can see you are running them as "admin" user.
