I have just checked the link
 http://lists.sipwise.com/pipermail/spce-user/
from a lot of places outside Sipwise and it looks OK everywhere.

Can you please check DNS resolving from your side:
lists.sipwise.com - 92.42.136.153
deb.sipwise.com   - 92.42.136.158

Are you connecting over IPv4 or IPv6?

Please share output for:
