[Spce-user] invalid user or password in subscriber login mr4.5.1

Hello Rene,

we also have this dedicated "lock level" field in the form of subscriber settings.

We can change the status to "active", "locked" or "terminated".
And we can change the lock level to: "none", "foreign", "outgoing", "all calls", "global" and "ported".

We set "status" to "active" and "lock level" to "none".
And in "Edit Customer" we set it back from "status" "locked" to "active".

But still self care login doesn't work anymore.

Also to note: the fraud protection is configurated to lock just "all outgoing calls".
This is defined in the billing profile, so normally there should be no "global" lock enabled by the fraud prevention script to lock also the CSC functionality.

We use Version 4.5.5

Thank you.

Hi,

>we manually unlock the subscriber/user again

probably the edit subscriber's panel UI form for that -> changing "status" field from "locked" to "active" does not remove the lock level (in those old versions).

the lock level remains at 4 ("global"), which prevents the subscriber to log in at the panel.

newer version have a dedicated "lock level" field in the form -> some time ago in TT#14066. Need to check if backporting is planned.

regards, rene

Matthias,

Reported internally for investigation as TT#21271. I've tried to add all responsible persons to the issue although some of them are on vacation.

We'll keep you informed here. Thank you for the bug report.

Andrew
