I have experienced the same issue since my install a month or two ago and have seen at least one other via these emails with the same problem. I was thinning maybe it was a permission issue with SPEC trying to open the voice file but I noticed "file not found" in my logs. I'm guessing and hoping its a bug that will be fixed in the next resale. I haven't looked at it in a little while but I think its about time I do again.

Hi,
Subscribers cannot retrieve their voicemail messages:
Problem:
- Remote user leaves a message for the subscriber
- Subscriber calls 2000 to retrieve their messages and hears the announcement “You have two new messages”
- Subscriber dial 1 to retrieve messages
- Subscriber hears “First message received” and the call ends.
Output from # asterisk –vvvvvr (phone numbers and ip addresses have been changed for privacy reasons)
