So far I have just done two. The typical North American codes to enable 
and disable call forwarding is:

*721NXXNXXXXXX
*73

I created a rewrite rule set and put the following rules in that set:

^\*72([0-9]+)$  ->  *72*\1    Enable call forwarding
^\*73$   ->   %2372%23    Disable Call Forwarding

I then applied that rule-set to the Domain, although I assume you could 
apply it to a single Subscriber if you wish.
