[Spce-user] Error when configuring exim: invoke-rc.d: policy-rc.d denied execution of restart

Hi,

when configuring exim via "dpkg-reconfigure exim4-config"
I get the following error: invoke-rc.d: policy-rc.d denied execution of restart

Any idea?
