[Spce-user] Not passing CNAM information

I discovered today that my Sipwise mr5.5.5 system is not passing CNAM 
information coming from a peer to a SIP user. So, I guess my questions are:

1. Should it by default?
2. What settings do I need to look for that affect this? I haven't found 
anything obvious.
