Hi,
One option is to:
1. Upgrade your current system to lastest 3.8.x
2. Backup dB and /etc/ngcp-config
3. Start a vanilla VM with latest 3.8.x
4. Import dB and /etc/ngcp-config
5. Upgrade new vm to 4.5

I know it’s possible to restore an old database and run ngcp-update-db-schema, but what else do I need to run to upgrade the configuration files like config.yml ?
