[Spce-user] New Sipwise C5 CE mr7.0.1 is now available

This is to inform you about the availability of new Sipwise C5 mr7.0.1!

mr7.0.1 is the first build of release mr7.0.
Release mr7.0 will be supported until mr7.0.2 is released.

as well as Docker hub container, have been uploaded. As usual, please
