[Spce-user] Problem with rating

Hi Alessandro,
it seems that contract_balance entry is missing for that customer.
Please check the CDR, with:

 > select * from accounting.cdr where id='621075';

then check contract balance for that source_account_id value:

 > select * from billing.contract_balance where 
contract_id=<source_account_id>;


Is this account/customer still active?
