[Spce-user] Logrotate problem in spce 4.5.9

Hi all

Checking the logs in a spce 4.5.9 server I've seen that old logs are not
compressed because the logrotate script fails the postrotate.

service ngcp-snmp-agent reload >/dev/null


I would remove that line in spce templates.
