[Spce-user] Outbound calls from a subscriber to a peer

Hi Robert,
I'm not an expert, but I would start with the outbound peering rules.
Please try removing callee pattern or caller pattern and see if that works.
If you want to know why it's failing, you can also activate the debug
log from command-line:
ngcp-kamctl proxy fifo debug 3
(Default level is 1)
