[Spce-user] Peer to PEER

Hi,
would be nice to better describe the scenario here, as I don't know what 
a PBX is for you (a peering server? a Subscriber? ).
Anyway, if you need to relay a call from PSTN out to another peering 
server you must enable allow_peer_relay: yes  in your config.yml
