[Spce-user] Peer to PEER

Hi Daniel,

we are using the soce as a proxy for a cloud pbx platform.

The cloud pbx sits behind the spce and will receive and make calls via the
spce. the clpud pbx is a peer.

the spce also has a peer for the carrier of which the cloud pbx needs to
utilise to allow calls in and out on in the carrier realm (external).
