[Spce-user] outbound call to fax failing

Hi all,
when calling a fax from a sipwise extension you can hear the first fax 
tone but then it goes blank, while the call is still active the rest of 
the fax tone isn’t heard.
I’m being told it has to do with the rtp of the t38, which apparently 
isn’t being sent, can you shed some light on how to verify this on a 
sipgate 3.6.5?

This was working fine up until about a week ago without any 
intentional/known change.
