[Spce-user] Unable to loging CSC

1. Did you populate the Web Username and Web Password during the 
subscriber creation?
2. If yes, try to add the "@domain" in the web username, where "domain" 
is the subsciber's SIP domain. If you connect to https://<your_ip>:443 
and you just set username=user, without specifying the domain, the 
system will try to etch username user@<your_ip>. So if the subscriber is 
belonging to another SIP domain, you need to specify it.
