[Spce-user] CE mr5.5.6 no cron.daily

Hello,

After a fresh installation of 5.5.5 and an update to 5.5.6 I noticed 
that there is no cron.daily. So logrotate isn't executed..

Is this a bug on my system? Or in NGCP?

Also, /etc/ngcp-config/templates/etc/ doesn't have a cron.daily
