[Spce-user] CE mr5.5.6 no cron.daily

Hi,
as far as I can see cron.daily is not part of the sipwise templates, so 
you won't find the folder under /etc/ngcp-config/templates/etc/.
But this does not mean that cron script under /etc/cron.daily/ are not 
executed. It means only that files in /etc/cron.daily/ are not managed 
by .tt2 templates.

I'm quite sure that cron.daily was never be part of the templates.
