[Spce-user] timeout for serial forking

Hi Matthew,

I don't know if this has been answered yet (I cannot access the user 
list at the moment), but I think fr_timer is the one to modify. You can 
find the parameter in config.yml as kamailio.lb.inbound_timeout.
