[Spce-user] timeout for serial forking

Thanks Henk.

I'm having the same problem with the web list for several days now too.

I'm assuming thats goingo impact a lot of things though, not just this, so
I assume there is no usable item on the gui for the subscriber to modify
then?

Why is 30 seconds the default for fr_timer - where else is it that it needs
to be so high for.
