[Spce-user] Permanent registrations using TCP

Hi all

I have some setups that work with permanent registrations mostly. There are a
couple of missing things IMHO in the permanent registration configuration:

- Selecting the transport
- Selecting the socket

At this point I do it by editing the location table but I have to reload the
proxy for that. 

Any ideas about how to patch the panel to add those features? I'm not even sure
if kamctl can handle that but it would be nice to be able to do it.
