Hi Mark,

the solution is quite simple:
  - you have to add 'monitoring' module in the 'load_plugins' parameter 
of sems.conf
  - create the file '/etc/ngcp-sems/etc/monitoring.conf' with the 
following content: 'run_garbage_collector = yes'

Remember to use customtt.tt2 files for the fixes I suggested you and 
then apply changes as usual.
