Hi Andrew

It's not working with:

You should most likely configure inbound_uprn preference on the call
originator (user/domain) to "Received Diversion" and include UPRN in the
outbound_diversion preference of the callee.

I will try the customtt after hours although it would make sense to
configure it through the webinterface if it should work that way?

Indeed the diversion is coming from a subscriber.
