[Spce-user] Voicemail - '*' interrupt not working and message not playing from phone

The Asterisk logs is not showing any error about not finding a file and 
doesn't even acknowledge the pressing of the '*' key on the phone.  
Voicemail access internally works by dialing 2000, but not by using the 
* to access from the outside.
