[Spce-user] ngcp-kamctl commands for MR6.x

Hi Hank,

To have a full list of the new fifo commands, please execute 
"ngcp-kamctl lb fifo system.listMethods" for Kamailio LB and 
"ngcp-kamctl proxy fifo system.listMethods" for Kamailio PROXY.
For example, to increase the log level of Proxy you can execute 
"ngcp-kamctl proxy fifo corex.debug 3"
