[Spce-user] ngcp-kamctl commands for MR6.x

Hi,

As Kamailio has been upgraded to v5, most fifo commands aren't working 
anymore. Tried with RPC commands, but no luck.
Does anyone has a list of new commands? I'm specifically looking for 
changing the proxy debug level without restarting the proxy (was 
ngcp-kamctl proxy fifo debug 3).
