[Spce-user] Sipwise C5 mr4.5.13 build is postponed (no fixes to release)

Dear community!

This is to announce that  Sipwise *C5^CE *, *C5^PRO * and *C5^CARRIER * *mr4.5.13* release has been postponed as
there are no changes/fixes to be delivered:

All recent critical changes are included in the latest hotfixes for mr4.5.12 (which is the
latest build for the release mr4.5 LTS as for now).

The build mr4.5.13 is planned to be released on 2019-10-31 according to the schedule https://www.sipwise.com/releases/ 
and will be the last build for the release mr4.5 LTS.

IMPORTANT: mr4.5 LTS will be no longer supported after 2019-10-31,
please upgrade to mr5.5 LTS or mr6.5 LTS.
