[Spce-user] Force sip "OPTIONS" ping to a non nated subscriber

With a mr6.5.3 is there any option to force CE to send sip OPTIONS "pings" to a subscriber, as the system does with nated subscribers? 

This is a weird situation, where a subscriber is behind a CGNAT server, that does good the NATing, so CE see it as a normal subscriber on a public IP, wich it's not real.
