[Spce-user] Move DB to other host

Hi!!

I'm trying to put the database outside, there seems to be reading, but 
for writing the sipwise user does not work (says it does not exist) in 
the constants.yml file is not the user and password of sipwse. Where i 
can  find the username/password of the sipwise user to register it in 
the external bd?
