2019-03-12 08:26:11 1h3jIA-0004c4-U2 ** support at remotedomain.com
R=dnslookup T=remote_smtp H=remotedomain-com.mail.protection.outlook.com
[104.47.36.36]: SMTP error from remote mail server after HELO spce.: 501
5.5.4 Invalid domain name [
SN1NAM02FT037.eop-nam02.prod.protection.outlook.com]

i believe the issue is, when spce is trying to connect to office356 its
sending the server name as "spce." and office365 is doesn't like that. I
should be sending spce or spce.mydomain.com (no trailing dot)

i could be completely wrong - but any input would be appreciated

Thank you
