[Spce-user] No call forward number rewrite in new Subscriber user gui

Hello,

we found out, that there is no call forward number rewrite in the new subscriber user gui.

In the old one, if someone wrote in: 0676123456 the 0 would be automatically replaced with the countrycode to get 43676123456

In the new user gui not, so if a subscriber is setting up a call forward, rate o mat will stop, cause we have no valid number format (e164) for rating...

Can you fix that?
