[Spce-user] acc-cleanup not working anymore

Hi,

My database is taking more memory every day. I found that acc-cleanup is 
not working. Maybe this is also related to the disk full errors.

Manually starting acc-cleanup I get this message:

root at spce:/usr# acc-cleanup.pl
ERROR error: Failed to connect to DB accounting (localhost):Access 
denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO) at 
/usr/share/perl5/NGCP/Cleanup.pm line 112.

In the config file a user and password is present (username = 
dbcleaner). Maybe this script depends on having no root password?
