[Spce-user] Need help: Mediator stopped....

Hi,

we are running 6.4.1.1+0 mr6.4.1.1

Today I tried to apply the latest hotfixes.
While doing the prepare upgrade tasks I got the error:
bash: ngcp-customtt-diff-helper: command not found

No single file starting with ngcp-customtt is found…

Yesterday after my post also the loadbalancer stopped and all registrations went away.
After rebooting the machine the registrations came back but the mediator problem is still there.

I installed the hotfixes on our lab environment with no problems so I wanted to do this on the production environment with the above effect.

Regards
Thomas

Hi,

Which version are you running?

Cheers

Hi list,

last night our mediator stopped. Since then we have no calls in the call history.
When I try to start the mediator (ngcp-service mediator start) following occurs:

Any ideas?
