[Spce-user] Regarding billing fees and billing zones

Hi Oscar,

Could you verify if rate-o-mat is actually running?  If not, rate-o-mat log
should tell you why it isn't working.

You may want to check /var/log/ngcp/rate-o-mat.log

Rating is done AFTER mediator writes the log, which is why you will see CDR.
