Also it is nice to know the initial release you have upgraded from.

>From the log you shared it is not clean who replies 503
LB/PROXY/SEMS/ASTERISK?

Useful command for you:

> ngcp-service summary
> ngcp-status
> tail -n0 -f /var/log/ngcp/* | grep -i error

Also check for local customtt files which might be outdated now:
> find /etc/ngcp-config -type f -name \*.customtt.tt2*

Also you can use "sngrep" tool for tracing SIP calls on your system in
the real time.
