[Spce-user] You can neither make a call nor receive one because the RTC:engine is not active

Hi,

I've just installed the latest Sipwise CE from the install CD at 
https://www.sipwise.org/doc/mr7.5.1/spce/ar01s03.html#_using_sipwise_c5_install_cd_recommended

But whenever I log in as a subscriber, I get this message:

'You can neither make a call nor receive one because the RTC:engine is 
not active. If you operate a C5 CE then first upgrade to a C5 PRO to be 
able to use the RTC:engine.'

So, I looked around and found the instructions below to enable 'Call 
feature', but the checkbox to 'Enable rtc' on the default reseller is 
not there.

Have I got the right version of the product?

  Log in to ngcp-panel with administrator credentials
1. Go to "Settings > Resellers""
1. Look for reseller row with "default" written in "Name" column, and 
click "Edit" for that row
1. Check "Enable rtc" checkbox and save
