[Spce-user] Websocket support on SPCE

Reviewing the manual of the mr7.5.5 version, It mentions that for enable WebRTC support, you must just change on the config.yml file websocket.enable from no to yes, but doing so, leads to a non working kamailio-proxy instance, as eventapi.cfg config file is missing. 

I have the feeling that WebRTC support is a pro/carrier feature, so it should not be mentioned on the SPCE docs.
