[Spce-user] Insert prefix to peer for outbound calls

Hi,

Simple question: where I add a prefix to make my calls?  :-P

My peer need a prefix ( 1001#5541998980908 at 111.112.113.114 ) to complete
calls.

I've tried in peer details -> Outbound peering Rules and in Rewrite Rules.
