[Spce-user] New Sipwise C5 CE mr8.4.1 is now available

This is to inform you about the availability of new Sipwise C5 mr8.4.1!

mr8.4.1 is the first build of non-LTS release mr8.4. 
Release mr8.4 will be supported until mr8.4.2 is released.

The InstallCD media, Vagrant box, Virtualbox, VMware and AMI images,
as well as Docker hub container, have been uploaded.
