[Spce-user] Billing and peer costs

Dear list members.

I hope you are doing well.

I have 50 peer providers and each provider has around 100 prefixes.

I can not find how I should setup a billing scheme.

My task is very simple:

Provider A is selling 9955552X prefix for 15 cents/minute, Provider B
selling 9955553X for 15 cents/minute, I am selling these prefixes to my
customer 20 cents.

But nowhere I can not build billing fee and peering group relationships.

P.S. It is not related LCR. Because I should reroute the exact call to the
exact provider.
