hi,
In the peering group if you press "Details" and than move the mouse on the right side of the Signalling IP, you can choose "Preferences" button, than move down the list to "Nat and Media Flow Control" and choose your option you have configured in Config.yml file for "ext" or "int". Maybe that helps!
"rtp_interface" = Logical RTP interface to use for media packets.

The Operation Manual has this in chapter 13.2.3    Extra SIP and RTP Sockets.
